Estimated time: 5-10 Minutes Per Wheel
Tools: Standard hand tools
1. Place the stretcher on a flat and stable surface.
Prevent the stretcher from moving by chocking the wheels on one end.
2. Prop up one side of the stretcher so two wheels
are slightly off the ground and supported.
3. Release the brake on the wheel you’d like to replace,
so the wheel can spin freely.If the wheel has a cover, remove it by hand.
4. Remove the bolt and nut through the center of the wheel.
Set aside the hardware as you remove, you will need reuse that hardware.
5. Remove the old wheel and install the new wheel in its place.
Secure it with the original hardware.
6. If a cover was removed, reinstall it by hooking the large clip
onto the caster first, then pressing the opposite side until it snaps into place.
7. Repeat as needed. Spin the wheels and test brake and steer
functions before returning the stretcher to service.
